TechCrunch, Kindle and Other Things That Need Fixing
Since Jack of All Blogs is the master of every domain, we have a few things on our mind. We demand the following be corrected, rectified and patched up – immediately!
- We’ve fallen out of love with TechCrunch. They are nowhere as good as they were when Michael Arrington was more involved in writing/editing daily posts.
- Recently we’ve overheard several family members grunting, groaning and flatulating their way to dripping a deuce. Revolting!
- American Idol needs to ditch Kara DioGuardi as a judge and impose a penalty for contestants who are eliminated in every week…except the finals.
- There was a time when JOAB wished LOST would last forever. Now the mind-bending drama can’t wrap up soon enough.
- Have you ever wondered how this blog would sound if sang through AutoTune?
- Amazon.com has announced a 70/30 split with bloggers who want a paid subscription to their feed available on the Kindle. Guess who gets the 30%.
- The majority of career advice books suck. Save your money.
- No one in their right mind could have ever guessed that Green Day would evolve into a band that could speak for an entire generation – not even JOAB.
- We’re starting to think that the Web needs to be segregated. Bring on the two Internets? One for famous people and one for everybody else. Hollywood has turned us off to Twitter at warp speeds. The last time I lost this much interest in something so fast was my sixth grade girlfriend. Well, until I started writing this post, at least.

Also…
Although JOAB recognizes that snark so 2006 is, we should bring snark back.
