Now Where The Heck is the Collective?
WTF happened to tenfootsquared? The Celebrity Cowboy, David, happened to write about that not so long ago here on JOAB. It was supposed to be a blogers’ collective where each member held a share of the company, and was entitled to the revenues from his/her own profile page.
A community who is mutually supportive of the blogosphere and not the general interest of a larger company. Each member receives a share of TenFootSquare which will be set up as a LLC.
Now that was from the tenfootsquare “about page,” which is actually nonexistent today. The tenfootsquare.com domain now simply redirects to David’s new blog (planning to sell again, Dave?). Good thing Google has a cache here.
Is there something I missed in the course of a couple of months? Some people seemed pretty excited about the concept.
Yeah, WTF happened to that one? No money to be made, perhaps?

Actually out of TenFootSquare came some huge develoments some of which made me a happy camper and made me some money. The idea itself was cast off the technology I built for TFS however I sold for $$$$$
