As if texting and email isn’t enough. TypePad is launching another blogging service, this time for mobile phones. Don’t we get enough crackberries addicted to their push email service?

TypePad, the popular blogging platform, has just launched TypePad Mobile, an application for Windows Mobile, Palm and Symbian Series 60 smartphones that lets you post blog entries and photos to your TypePad blogs and photo albums. The new product stems from their acquisition of SplashBlog, a developer of mobile applications.

Now blog addicts are going to go crazy about being able to blog anywhere they are. Expect more “citizen journalism” type photos. Well, yeah, they’re good and all that. But just imagine the paparazzi potential of this thing. Imagine how many razzie photogs are going to be out of the job.

Hey, you can’t blame me for ranting. I want a new phone. Something that will work on this new TypePad thing.
