Could a few bloggers change the world?

I’ve been pondering New Media a lot. I’ve often wondered since we teeter on being a business, and not being a business. I’ve often wondered how much influence a few bloggers could have if we put our heads together and tried to change the world for the better.
Or what if we smashed our brain buckets together and just raised a good wad of cash for a few good causes.
I’ve already got a few bloggers interested but I wouldn’t mind if we had a core group of 10000 bloggers donating a dollar a post or whatever they could to help change the world.
Here are two charities I’m going to be raising money for:

Here’s how it will work.
The bloggers will post 5 times a day. Yes you read that right. It’s an amazing task. I was once able to do this. But it took a massive amount of time and energy. But let me tell you. If your going to change the world.
