Signed Sealed Delivered: The Art of a Blog Sale
Blogs are work. That’s for sure. But I’m learning. Blogs are actually just website folks. You put up content and content is king. This weekend Gadzooki sold. Everyone knows I like to writeup clauses that make it so that once the sale closes that the price remains hush hush.
This was my 3rd sale and by far my favorite. The new owner will do a great job seems passionate and well the good news I’m staying aboard to represent Gadzooki in ad sales. So he gets a new property and I get higher revenue streams. Shit its a win win all the way around.
You might be wondering why I’m having a fire sale on blogs. Well two “massively huge” projects looming. Both inter-related. I need the time to help develop them. So I’m pushing hard to get them out the door.
I’d realistically like to sell MobileHerald and PokerMoments in the next few weeks. But that’s just me.
