Don’t F*ck your readers — do it for love baby.
I wandered over to blogging.wurk.net tonight. I hardly have time to skip and bebop over there anymore. Usually once every 3-4 days and mostly because he’s an expert at talking smack about BlogMedia, or Fine Fools when I was there. Oh well. .
My question is do we blog because we have readers, or because we have passion about something? Lately its been quiet on JOAB. Why?
Because truthfully I’ve been busy, and well my passion just wasn’t in it. If i’m not blogging for me than I shouldn’t be blogging. I blog for freedom not for some coalition of bastards who think they can tell me when to blog, or how to blog. However my advice to any blogger is blog for yourself and don’t listen to anyone if they are pushing you around or giving you traffic magic advice. Or stare at Alexa stats too much. Alexa doesnt mean anything. Money in the bank. That’s a good sign. Girls in the sack that’s even better. Posting for posting sake that makes about as much sense as sex just because it’s sex. I’d rather do it for love than for charity or obligation.
Don’t f*ck your readers. Do it for love baby.
“Writers who work for others have less integrity to offer than those who do it for love.” – Dave Winer
No really are you working for your readers or do you love your readers?
Speaking of love….I’ve listed some old loves for sale.

Spot on

f*ck yeah!
Without passion, blogging becomes a bore, a chore, nothing else but a…..whore.
Dare I say it….we got blogwhores.

If you truely love them you’ll set them free. Nice to see you’ve let some old loves go. I’m cleaning out my Enom account at the moment too. It’s a nice feeling.
