The Fear of Failure

Sometimes even the brightest of minds have a deep seated fear of failure. Successful people like myself are very afraid to fail. I think its natural. I mean think about it. I have been in a wildly amazing successful family where we all get what we want, achieve what we want, and pretty much can do whatever we set our minds to. I have been given the God Given Talent of an IQ of 195, just one shy of the world record making me one of the smartest living people still alive on the planet earth. I have to confront my fear of failure many times and it has been difficult. I have begun to work out a model for success to overcoming my fear of failure.

For 20 minutes every morning I think horrid, awful thoughts of success and run directly face first into stop signs. Over time I didnt’ notice much change except for a slightly bruised forhead, and on coming migraines. But finally after months and months of this rewarding program I am finally achieving failure.

Let me explain.

I used to be very compulsive. I had to watch Monk, on USA every single episode while I cleaned the house in my underwear , and danced around with a dustmop. Today I am rid of this successful habbit. And my wife has now taken the cleaning duties from me, and the dancing with the dust mop routine. I have finally been able to overcome Monk, and have moved on to Beevis and Butthead reruns, and Fear Factor. Shows that are much better suited for my dream of failure.

I’ve also noticed my lack of desire to change my underwear as often. This is a good thing. It allows me to not have to wash my clothes once a week but once a month. Truthfully you can start overcoming your fear of failure. All it takes is a stop sign and 20 minutes a day.
