B5 Media Exec calls fellow Bloggers Morons.

This morning when I picked up my usual hate mail from the B5 staff, I also drifted over to the Fine Fools new Piss on the Burning Cat Group
I had several interesting links in my PM list. This one was the best:

How not to treat your bloggers. While Duncan didn’t call his blogger’s morons. He did call em boring. Amusing how shitty they handled all of this crapola.

It’s pretty clear after the last few days that B5 doesn’t have a strangle-hold on the up and coming blog networks. It will be interesting to see how they recover over the next month or so. I mean really they call what I did a potshot but guess what I wasn’t the only one to notice the irony of Jeremy’s statements and how shitty they were engaging the public.

And while their downtime wasn’t that big of a deal. They had a much bigger downtime in handling this situation. I will state for the record that I am not Scrivs pitbull. In fact most of the time. I don’t even like the bastard. He takes forever to do some shit I have been waiting on for days. But he is patient with me. So I think we have assembled a decent enough squad over here at FF to handle this challenge of wiping out every other blogging network until we are the only ones left.

  4. Marcel, the b5 pay model is published on the b5 blog. Basically, you get the first $100 every month, plus 40% of the rest. You own your own content, assigning full blog rights (with some exceptions) to b5. It’s fair, but doesn’t suit everyone.

    Cowboy, do you think you could be more outgoing with your views? Mustn’t be shy, we’re not going to bite your head off. Something lower, maybe :-)
